Sub-processors

We may use third-party Service Providers to serve you with information you’ve accepted via our Website or one of our Products.

  • Gravity Forms. Our forms are created by the WordPress plugin “Gravity Forms” (by Rocketgenius Inc.). When submitting a form, the data you submit, will be saved in the website’s (WordPress) database. So it’s possible that we save some personal data. Next to the forms you fill in, we’ll also save the IP-address of the user submitting the form. We do this to prevent SPAMmers from abusing our forms. In no-way this data is shared with RocketGenius. When you accept cookies and submit a form, we will also install a cookie to identify you the next time you visit the website, so we can show you more relevant content.

  • Hubspot. Hubspot is an integrated software solution that we use to cover different aspects of our online marketing. This includes, among others: Email marketing, reporting and contact management (e.g., user segmentation & CRM). Our registration service enables visitors to our website to find out more about our company, to download contents and to provide their contact information, together with further demographic information. This information, together with the contents of our website are stored on the servers of our software partner HubSpot. We can use it to make contact with visitors to our website and to determine which of our company’s services are interesting for them. All information collected by us is subject to this data privacy policy. We use all information collected exclusively for optimizing our marketing measures.

  • Intercom. Intercom Company uses the live messaging service provided by Intercom R&D Unlimited Company (“Intercom”), 55 2nd St, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA to provide you live chat on the application. Intercom uses cookies and collect information to allow you to chat with our consultants across multiple pages when using our product(s).

  • Homerun. Our job applications are created in the Homerun-environment. Homerun helps organizations in organizing hiring, reviewing candidates and treating candidates well. Through Homerun’s application forms, we ask for the following data: first- and last name, email address, date of birth, place of residence, phone number, education, experience and resume. This information is required in order to apply. Your address, country of residence, social media links and a personal picture is optional information. When applying, you’re asked to authorize Homerun and us to store your information up to 12 months after sending in your application. After that period, the information is deleted unless you authorize us to keep the information for a longer period.

  • LinkedIn. The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a piece of lightweight JavaScript code that we have added to our website to enable in-depth campaign reporting and to help us unlock valuable insights about our website visitors. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and unlock additional insights about people interacting with our LinkedIn-page. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of metadata such as IP address information, timestamp, and events such as page views. All data is encrypted. The LinkedIn browser cookie is stored in a visitor’s browser until they delete the cookie or the cookie expires (there’s a rolling six-month expiration from the last time the visitor’s browser loaded the Insight Tag).

  • Demio. Banzai, Demio’s mother company, is a leading provider of event marketing solutions for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. We use Demio to host virtual knowledge sessions. Through Demio’s registration forms we ask for the following personal data: First name, last name, email, whom do you represent, company and job title. This information is needed to provide you access to the environment. We will store your information for 12 months on Demio.

  • Thinkific. Thinkific is a software platform that enables entrepreneurs to create, market, sell, and deliver their own online courses. SciSports uses Thinkific to deliver online course programs. Please find below the privacy statement for our subdomain on Thinkific:

1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.

2. How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

4. Thinkific

Our course and site is hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allow us to sell our product/services to you.

Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.
