Bram chose to substitute his PhD-position at the University of Greenwich for a position in the SciSports family. This eager traveler and Software Engineer will focus fulltime on the development of BallJames and work closely together with the University of Twente.
Bram has great understanding of pattern recognition, face recognition, computer vision and machine learning and will use that experience in his job at SciSports. “My challenging task is to determine the pose of players on the pitch by fusing data from multiple cameras.”, Bram explains. “My background in computer vision is put to good use at the BallJames project.”
